Since its founding in 1975, Coffee Bliss has been more than a coffee shop—it’s been a gathering place for the people of Brew City. Our community events are designed to celebrate local talent, share knowledge, and create lasting memories. From musicians to book lovers, everyone finds a home at Coffee Bliss.

Open Mic Night

Every Friday evening from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Coffee Bliss transforms into a stage for local talent. Our Open Mic Night welcomes musicians, poets, comedians, and storytellers to share their craft in the cozy ambiance of our café. The exposed brick walls and warm lighting create an intimate setting where performers and audiences connect over coffee. These evenings have become a cherished tradition, showcasing Brew City’s creative spirit and giving new artists a platform to shine.

Coffee-Tasting Workshop

Each month, typically on a Saturday afternoon at 2:00 PM, we host a Coffee-Tasting Workshop led by our roast master, James Torres. Participants explore the nuances of our heritage blends, such as the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe with its floral notes or the 1975 Original with its rich, earthy depth. Attendees learn about bean origins, roasting techniques, and tasting methods, all while sipping carefully crafted brews. These workshops foster a deeper appreciation for coffee and bring together enthusiasts eager to learn.

Book Club Meetup

On the third Sunday of every month at 4:00 PM, our Book Club Meetup gathers literature lovers for lively discussions. Each month features a new book, ranging from classic novels to contemporary works, selected by the group. Over coffee and pastries, members share insights, debate themes, and build friendships. The relaxed atmosphere of Coffee Bliss, with its comfortable seating and inviting aroma, makes it the perfect setting for these intellectual and social gatherings.
